Local bias?

In the section on sensory changes, the paragraph on milk ends with milk consumption greatly contributes to the recommended daily intake of this vitamin. Except for B2, pasteurization does not appear to be a concern in diminishing the nutritive value of milk because milk is often not a primary source of these studied vitamins in the North American diet. Which also lacks an end citation. (I did not check if the prior reference is meant to cover it)

The main reason I bring it up is because I think it may be A case of local bias, where the article (if in this case: A (sub)section) is written from a less global, and more local point of view. If others agree, maybe we can rewrite it. I personally didn’t want to just do that boldly, since I’m not sure if this would qualify as local bias. Slomo666 (talk) 08:55, 19 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
