Information about compensation is repeatedly deleted (by execsuite and tovabnembutulok2). In my opinion this information (below) is verifiable and relevant. Would appreciate additional opinions about this section, and how to prevent its repeated deletion.

"Dr. Goldschmidt's salary for 2009 was $1,072,117. An article evaluating public disclosure of outside income by medical school deans reported that Dr. Goldschmidt did not publicly disclose stock options from companies where he served on the board of directors in 2009 (OPKO and MEDNAX).[1][2] During 6/1/2010 - 12/31/2011, Dr. Godschmidt's outside income from serving on boards of directors is reported as: $50,001-$100,000 from Health Management Associates, $50,001-$100,000 from MEDNAX, More than $200,000 from OPKO Health and $10,001 - $25,000 from Synecor (Scientific Advisory Board."
