Overlap between participation articles

I was looking at the articles on participation, and I noticed that they are not very coordinated and they overlap quite a bit. I'm not suggesting any particular mergers at this point, although that might be a solution. I do think the articles should be clearer about their distinctions.

Here are some "main" participation articles:

• Participatory democracy
• Grassroots democracy
• Public participation
• Public consultation
• Participation (decision making)
• Participative decision making (seems to be focused on management)
• Group decision making (not necessarily involving participation)

And some specific varieties that could be better coordinated:

• Participatory management
• Participatory economics
• Participatory budgeting
• Participatory planning
