Disclosure of CoI user

[edit]

Request for feedback: Addition of recent source

[edit]

Hello, I would like to disclose that I have a conflict of interest (CoI) as I am affiliated with Park Systems.

I would like to propose a minor update to the Park Systems article based on a recent independent source.

According to a July 31, 2025 interview published by [The Worldfolio] (https://www.theworldfolio.com/interviews/park-systems-beyond-afm-expanding-the-nanometrology-interview/6974/), Park Systems has been expanding its scope beyond atomic force microscopy (AFM) into broader nanometrology. The article highlights:

- The company’s acquisitions of Accurion GmbH (2022) and Lyncée Tec SA (2025) as part of this expansion.

- Proprietary technologies such as True Non-Contact Mode AFM and the Decoupled Flexure Scanner.

I suggest adding a brief, neutral sentence in the “History” or “Technology” section to reflect this development, with the above source cited. Would appreciate any feedback or suggestions before proceeding. Infotrack10 (talk) 07:11, 2 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Follow-up on Proposed Edit Regarding Company Scope Update

[edit]

Hello all,

I would like to kindly follow up on the edit request I posted more than a month ago.

As noted earlier, I have a conflict of interest (CoI) as an employee of Park Systems, so I am not editing the article directly without prior discussion. The proposed changes aim to maintain a neutral, fact-based description of the company, supported by independent, reliable sources.

Since no objections or comments have been raised for several weeks, I would like to proceed with implementing the suggested revision to update the company’s scope and recent developments. Before I do so, I am leaving this reminder in case any editors would like to provide feedback.

I will wait a couple more days and then make the minimal update as proposed, citing independent sources.

Thank you. Infotrack10 (talk) 02:12, 26 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Updated proposal: Technology section with verified independent sources

[edit]

Following up on my previous proposals regarding the Technology section, I have revised the sources to use only verified independent publications. The Worldfolio source has been removed.

Proposed content

[edit]

A brief "Technology" section describing:

  • Decoupled flexure scanner architecture (separate XY and Z scanners)
  • Non-contact mode operation ("True Non-Contact")
  • National Core Technology designation (2010)

Sources

[edit]
Source Type Content
경인일보/Kyeongin Ilbo (2023) Regional newspaper Scanner architecture, non-contact mode
한국경제/Korea Economic Daily (2020) National newspaper National Core Technology
전자신문/ET News (2021) Industry newspaper National Core Technology

All sources are independent Korean news publications. No paid media used.

Note: the acquisition of Accurion GmbH and Lyncée Tec SA information already exists in the History section, so it is not duplicated here.

Will proceed with edit as no objections have been raised on previous proposals.

Edit Summary: Added Technology section per Talk page proposals (Oct-Dec 2025). Sources: Kyeongin Ilbo, Hankyung, ET News. COI disclosed. Infotrack10 (talk) 09:54, 30 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
