could use a better ref

I just did a rewrite on this article, correcting the definition (not all paraprofessions require any kind of certification) and expanding it with couple of illustrative examples and references. I don't particularly like the reference I used to back up the paralegal example, though - can anyone find a better one? (It explains the issue quite clearly and adequately, but then it goes on to tell a "horror story" - I'd rather find a more objective source.) 12.76.171.190 (talk) 23:26, 8 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
