Great--it seems a bit out of focus and it isn't clear if there is bread in the photo, or whether it's just a plate of just-cooked panelle. Badagnani 23:28, 8 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

To be honest, I'm not certain it's panelle; it just looks like all the images that show up in a google image search. We could ask a Wikipedian in Italy to be sure, but I also added this image to an article on the Italian Wikipedia, so I'll probably get reverted if I mislabelled food (a cultural faux pas akin to insulting the pope, I am sure).--chaser - t 17:22, 9 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
