With the exception of a single sentence at the beginning and the tiny and unnecessary In popular culture section at the end the entirety of this article is directly copied from the Accusations against Paneb section of Papyrus Salt 124 and thus need to be rewritten. because it was copied from an article exclusivity about the Papyrus Salt 124 this article also gives the false impression that it is our only source about the life of Paneb which it is not thought it is by far the most detailed and most if not all of the others simply mention his name but this article must take that into account because this is a article about Paneb and not just Papyrus Salt 124.
