Italian sources

[edit]

Hi Jack, I'm continuing expansion but running into walls with access to Italian language sources. For example this source includes the following reference: Mirizzi Ferdinando, "Il pane di Altamura", Fogli di periferia, Estratto dai nn. 1-2 a. X, 2000, pp. 1-33. Fogli di periferia appears to be an academically inclined food magazine, which I think would be useful as a source. I can also see that the author, Mirizzi, has written more on pane di Altamura over the years, including and . Both would be helpful. I'm not sure how willing you are to help with research, but if you would be able to have a go at finding these sources in Italian libraries/email the author at the email he gives in his CV linked here asking for a copy of any works, it would be immensely helpful. If you don't feel comfortable/up for either, that's okay, I'll do what I can. Rollinginhisgrave (talk | contributions) 13:01, 22 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Rollinginhisgrave: hi, I just sent the email. Please send me your address so I can send you a copy of the email. JacktheBrown (talk) 20:27, 22 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thanks Jack, just sent an email. I have a comment on the manual of style, but I don't want to nitpick your very helpful edits. Is it okay if I raise it, or would you prefer I keep it to myself and just focus on adding material? Rollinginhisgrave (talk | contributions) 20:53, 22 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
