Article move

[edit]

This article has been moved, because it wasn't showing up in the google results for panasonic bicycles.

Oh dear

[edit]
Panasonic produced a popular line of bicycles from the 1970s to the mid 1990s (1989 US). They were produced in Japan and exported to the United States. They were branded as National in Japan, and Panasonic in the US.
  1. Panasonic didn't produce anything in Japan before the 21st century, as at that time Panasonic was merely a brand name of Matsushita.
  2. In Japan, some of Matsushita's bikes were branded "National", some "Panasonic".
  3. The article strongly suggests that Matsushita (later Panasonic) no longer produces bikes. Uh, reality check.
