[edit]It is somewhat silly to say the island is 30 km wide and 2 km long. Maybe in German they say this. In English language it should be 30 km long and 2 km wide. Eregli bob 02:34, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

"Below sea level"?
[edit]Could it possibly be true that "Most of Pamban Island lies below sea-level"? This is so unlikely it needs a citation. 67.169.119.122 (talk) 04:46, 14 October 2015 (UTC)
