We should probably base on the photo from the installation day, instead of some more recent war time contradictory photo/video date claims, the target day would be not in September as it's currently claimed (incl. ref ) but rather July 2040, provided they did not change it – I wonder how is it significant / was determined, but not mentioning it precisely to stimulate own independent verification and calculation. —Mykhal (talk) 18:21, 27 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
