Yes, both a google search and my Lonely planet indicate very strongly that the name of the town is Pakbeng, one word, not two as in Pak Beng. I am going to go ahead and move Pak Beng to Pakbeng now. --Gregorof 03:26, 9 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Most of the article on Pakbeng belongs in Wikitravel, not in Wikipedia. I propose to delete everything but the first paragraph and the first sentence of the second. --Dezwitser 14:02, 24 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
