[edit]The text of this article is sufficiently brief in it's current state it could easily fit in the GNU variants article as an entry under the BSD category. Since it is essentially one such GNU variant operating system similar to the others explored on that dedicated GNU variants page, PacBSD should also be on that GNU variants article. But because the text is so small here, a single paragraph, writing there on GNU variants results in either duplicated text if directly copied but this article is not removed, or a very small entry there if it should be smaller in size than this one, or alternatively if written entirely new from scratch the text there might easily exceed the size of the text in here which is not good because this is the dedicated article for PacBSD specifically and should thus be the main article.
For now I'll add a very minimal pointer to this article into GNU variants but I suggest someone else if they agree with me, remove this article entirely and copy-paste the text of this article into the GNU variants article at the mentioned section, or alternatively add substantially more content here to this article to warrant it's existence.
