How many more external references to PHPEclipse do I need to include to have the notability tag removed? PHPEclipse has an established presence in the PHP IDE area but is currently experiencing visibility problems due to the increasing advertising on Eclipse PDT which has a commercial base and money behind it! THAT gets a presence on wikipedia so why should PHPEclipse be given the same curtisy?

Merge proposal

Following a {{Mergeto|Eclipse (software)|date=December 2009}} on this article, I think Talk:Eclipse_(software)#Merger proposal establishes the rationale for NOT doing that kind of merges well enough. So I removed the tag. --  Alain  R 3 4 5
