Redirect to disambiguation

When using the search box for "outward bound" I was surprised to see this redirect to Glossary_of_nautical_terms#Outward_bound which doesn't deep link to the section, at least in Chrome... it seems to need the lowercase, Glossary_of_nautical_terms#outward_bound.

I also note which has a little context. If you want to get really fussy, there might even be an argument for moving the disambig to Outward bound (disambiguation). Caps are fun.

Previously the redirect was to Outward Bound (the organisation), and since it'd be difficult for a user to get from the glossary to the organisation I've moved the redirect to Outward Bound (disambiguation) which lists all the options.
