Archiving talk page

[edit]

It is generally best not to archive talk pages with so few discussions and such little time elapsing between. The 8TH to the 14TH is even less than 7 days. No big deal rightnow....but let's not do this often. It looks bad to others. On less active pages it is best to allow a few months before archiving the talk page. No big deal and no reason to drag it all back.--Amadscientist (talk) 06:24, 10 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Raised ratings in two projects

[edit]

Raised to B class for the Greek and Latin projects. To lower the rating you must state your exact reasons for the revert so that work can be done to improve it. Enough with this fighting. This is an encyclopedia. If you don't like the article, get out of the way or step up to help.--Amadscientist (talk) 09:47, 24 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Also the reason why the imortance level for this article for the "Rome" project is "High" is that project is strictly an ancient Rome project and the subject of "Otium" was of great importance to how Romans lived their daily lives. It is a latin term, not Greek. Although it comes from a Greek tradition, it was split into two words by the Romans and the artcile is really about the Latin term as precieved by those who lived by it's ideal.--Amadscientist (talk) 02:51, 25 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
