Average annual min/max in temperature table

There must be mistake in the temperature table under ‘Climate’. It seems to think that the average annual min and average annual max is simply the min (resp. max) values of the average monthly mins (resp. max). This is incorrect. Why Southern Sami name in Infobox?

Just out of curiosity, why has the Southern Sami been name included in the infobox? The range of Southern Sami speakers does not extend into much of Østlandet, let alone down to Oslo, and I would be surprised to hear that they've had much to do with the history of Oslo in particular (let alone more than other larger Sami groups in contemporary times). redirection/ other meanings of Kristiania

I tried to look up 'Kristiania' as I read the word in a book where it seemed to have a meaning related to, possibly, skiing, jumping, or escaping. The redirection to, solely, 'Oslo' doesn't feel satisfying -

if there is another meaning, a (redirection to a) disambiguation page might be better?
