Want to point out that I think this is same thing referred to as Operational Deflection Shape (ODS) analysis, which has its own page which is incomplete.
I believe that different fields must be useing the different terminologies for similar test/analysis. I think this should be mentioned on these pages, and/or have one page redirect to the other with explanation. Sorry, but I do not have references saying this is surely the case, but if someone verifies it and can cite it or explain the differences, if any, then that would be helpful to others stumbling upon this. If I can come up with solid references I will add them, but I am new to this and really have no idea how to suggest pages be redirected to another page.--Vibrationator (talk) 16:38, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
