Nothing on a talk page ever improves the article directly. The purpose is to discuss whether a change to the article is merited. While the graffiti is clearly anecdotal, that on its own makes it neither irrelevant (your original claim) nor trivial (your revised claim). The purpose of a comment on the talk page is to invite discussion, which may or may not lead to consensus for a change. That purpose is ill-served by one editor shutting down the discussion. I have no idea what changes are proposed, if any. I also have no idea why you chose to delete a post that was made in good faith, nor why you are making such a meal of it now. If the consensus is to make no change, so be it. Dondervogel 2 (talk) 08:01, 2 August 2023 (UTC)

If changes are not proposed and you can't explain what changes if any are being proposed, then the original comment should be deleted because that is the sole purpose of Talk Pages. The results section contains a nonstandard term "operational success", which is also an OR claim. As per the template notes found here:

Such a note can also be used in conjunction with the standard terms but should not be used to conceal an ambiguity in the "immediate" result. Omit this parameter altogether rather than engage in speculation about which side won or by how much.
