Clarification needed?
[edit]When the strengths of each side are listed, there are values 281,158 and 212,000 for the Soviet and German sides respectively, but it is unclear what these numbers are describing. I assume these last two values are numbers that David Glantz provides, given that his book is cited as the source for these numbers. Please clarify this by adding what these values represent.
