"Redo from Start"

What I hoped for when I searched "War Zone D" was a map and an overall description; getting redirected to a page about a single battle instead was a less than satisfactory outcome. plagiarism?

While searching for more references for this topic, I came across this website http://www.virtualwall.org/units/hill65bienhoa.htm. Much of the main topic seems to be copied off of here with little rewording. I'm just wondering if this is considered plagiarism or not.
