Hello, I noticed the wording on the “Oospore” page may unintentionally imply that oomycetes are classified as true fungi. Since oomycetes are currently classified within Stramenopiles rather than Kingdom Fungi, I wanted to suggest clarifying the sentence mentioning “algae, fungi, and oomycetes” to better distinguish oomycetes from true fungi. ~2026-28892-93 (talk) 19:43, 13 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
