This Trivia section is not needed. The building is named after the name of the street it is located on, not Devon/Devonshire in the United Kingdom. This trivia fact, while interesting, should be placed on an article about the street, not the building. Raime00:45, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Article seems to be based on nothing of substance. I can't see any reliable, in-depth news coverage online. Seems to be just a big lump of commercial real estate, of no great note. Sionk (talk) 01:37, 16 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
