[edit]I think that the tag that the article that it appears to be written as an advertisement should be removed.
The company has only one experimental drug under development and no products licenced for sale, so it can be reasonably expected to go out of business in a hurry if the clinical trials of its drug come out badly. But until that happens one shouldn't expect to have much negative to say. (Indeed, they would have quite a lot of trouble raising money for expensive medical studies and getting approval for testing in humans if there was existing signficant detracting information.)
