There has been rumors of death of Olu in 2022 and in 2023. It was debunked thereafter. So, this recent rumor may also turn out to be false. It's too early to add that's he's dead until we comfirm from WP:Reliable source. I have reverted all edits that asserts that he's dead until proven otherwise. These sources of Punch and Legit had reported the death rumors surrounding Olu Jacobs in 2022 and in 2023. So, what makes you think this latest rumor is true. We shall comfirm from reliable sources. Wår (talk) 15:08, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
Protection should stop any problems for now although since it's already been denied perhaps it isn't even really needed (not complaining though). It sounds like this keeps happening, so I've added a hidden comment to try and discourage it in the future . I'm not sure if it will work but short of permanent semi protection, I'm not sure what else we can do. Since I know almost nothing about how sort of thing works in Nigeria, it might be helpful if editors more familiar could review my hidden message and modify it if necessary to add the websites or platforms which should be ignored, where such rumours may spread. Yeah, despite that it's already protected, vandals won't stop in the future once the protection expires. I have modified the hidden message. 1.
I will ping you once future disruptive editings starts.
I added the three consecutive years death rumors were reported. Adding the websites that's out the rumors will occupy a lot of space. Wår (talk) 06:02, 1 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
You see what I said. The death rumors has again been debunked.
