Rename to Colonia Okinawa? or Okinawa, Bolivia?

The "Listado de Comunidades" of Bolivia lists the town as Okinawa Uno, but everything else I can find seems to call it Colonia Okinawa primarily or just Okinawa -- the Taku Suzuki book uses Colonia Okinawa as the primary name and uses Colonia Uno, "and the smaller and newer Colonia Dos and Colonia Trés" interchangeably with Okinawa Uno, Okinawa Dos, and Okinawa Trés. There is no entry in the Listado de Comunidades for Okinawa 2 or 3 and the history part applies to all three Colonias. (Btw thanks for creating this article!
