An impartial editor has reviewed the proposed edit(s) and asked the editor with a conflict of interest to go ahead and make the suggested changes.

The article currently says: He joined the University of Sydney as a senior lecturer from 2004 to 2005 and was later appointed associate professor from 2006 to 2014. He also holds the role of professor.

This reads weird. It gives the impression that he is associate professor and professor at the same time. Please change this sentence to:

Since then he has been a full professor.^[1]
