Editions, just in case
[edit] The article cites "October the First is Too Late: Penguin edition of 1968" but notes '66 as first pub. FWIW, i own what the dust jacket labels the "Book Club Edition", and it has, below title and author on the title page, "Harper & Row Publishers ... New York"; the copyright page includes "Copyright © 1966..." and "Printed in the [USofA]." (Cost me a dollar, used, it appears, BTW.)
