This article is written with a strong British bias. A few examples: the Canal du Nord was captured by the Canadian Corps in a famous battle, supported by British divisions - not two British Armies supported by the Canadian Corps. The painting by Will Longstaff depicts Australian soldiers I believe - not British. The French city of Cambrai was in Canadian hands, not British - the city was captured by Canadian forces, some British forces reaching the southern outskirts. There is an entry under the above date re a General strike in Czechoslovakia which did not say what happened on that date. We know from the article on the strike it began on 14th. That articole does not say when it finished or say anything about 18th There is no reference in this article to follow and the only refs on the strike page appear to be in Czech.
