McConnell part?

Hi. The sentence "The Republican Senator from Kentucky is not known for any significant legislative achievement" is kind of dubious imo. Like a couple big things certainly passed under him, it's not some easily quantifiable thing at all, and there's only one source for this pretty significant claim.
