Archbold (see references) cites "1 Hawk. c.73, s.9" in support of the existence of this offence. However, there is no chapter 73 in book 1. I think that they actually mean chapter 28, section 9 - and their Hawkins denies the existence of this offence. I have adapted the article. James500 (talk) 16:23, 23 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
