Articles should be based on independent reliable sources, and not be misused as PR platform for the topic to present itself. A succinct overview of noteworthy facts and activities is appropriate, excessive PR speak and self-adulation without any independent sources are not. I removed some of the most glaring problems, but the entire article needs more work and - most importantly - more independent sources to move away from the current self-centered approach.
