(Arabic native speaker here). The Arabic writing is both اوك and اوكي. In my communications with others I have seen people mostly use اوك in most contexts, and only اوكي with a similar connotation to "okie". I've added it, but note that the description of Arabic is marked as lacking a source. I've added it because I think it could help find sources, but anything about Arabic could be removed one day if that never happens. OK in Portuguese
