Parts that reference "A History of Nottingham Suburbs" seem muddled or wrong

I think the parts of the article that rely on Johnson, Alexander (2003), A History of Nottingham Suburbs, may be muddled or may not accurately reflect the cited source.

For example, the article currently says:

> “In comparison to New Nuthall, the houses in Old Nuthall tend to be smaller and less spread out.”

But it later says:

> “These council houses [in Larkfields] are considerably smaller than other homes found in the Mornington Crescent Estate and Old Nuthall.”

This appears unclear, because Larkfields is presented as part of Old Nuthall. The wording therefore seems to make two slightly conflicting claims:

• Old Nuthall houses tend to be smaller than New Nuthall houses.
• Larkfields council houses are smaller than other homes in Old Nuthall.

That may be true if the article is distinguishing Larkfields from other parts of Old Nuthall, but the current wording does not make that distinction clearly.

The broader distinction between “Old Nuthall” and “New Nuthall” also appears to be a local/descriptive distinction rather than a formal administrative one. I think the section would be clearer if it focused on the development and history of the area, rather than making broad claims about house size. It could also avoid underplaying larger historic properties such as The White House and The Rectory. (e.g. how can the article reference these historic properties with the claim that the area they're in are distinctively smaller houses?)

I suggest rewriting the section to clarify that “Old” and “New” Nuthall are local terms, and to separate the history/development of Larkfields, Horsendale, Cedarlands and Mornington/Assarts Farm more clearly.

Resolved by subsequent edits to the article. I have rewritten the relevant wording to clarify the distinction between Old Nuthall, Larkfields, Cedarlands, Horsendale and related developments, and removed/softened the broad house-size comparison that seemed unclear.
