Extension

[edit]

I've just completed a rewrite of this article to make it more up-to-date and detailed. However, it's still very short, and I've added a stub tag to it. I'd appreciate it if anyone would be able to help extend the article to include more details, although I can't think of any off of the top of my head (else I'd have added it!). Thanks! drewmunn (talk) 10:28, 31 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Uh, no section on Android community criticism of this rip-off?

[edit]

Excuse me, but there should definitely be a Criticism section of this feature. Especially in regards to the main source of mass criticism by users: the blatant copying of the feature from Android, which caused great uproar. Not to mention the patent-pending nature of the Android feature that Notification Center blatantly copied, which Phandroid among others reported about back in February 2012. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.108.76.189 (talk)

I just wanna know why Android's isn't mentioned since it most assuredly has one!101.172.255.250 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 07:32, 12 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Infobox says Wrong Version

[edit]

The infobox reads "Notification Center in iOS 17 showing a notification from the Wikipedia app", however the style of notification that is being shown is from iOS 11-14. In iOS 15, notifications got a redesign that made the app icon larger and the entire notification more compact. Sorry, I just had to nerd out =) Wiichicken (talk) 16:34, 27 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
