Capitalization

I get that we capitalize personal names (whether the individual does or not) if that is what RS do, but on what basis is the "n" in "nowhere" capitalized here? There is no separation to support a parallel with "City, State", making this formatting the equivalent of "CamelCase". --Khajidha (talk) 13:41, 1 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
