Removed Flora of China material

I've removed the material based on or copied from Flora of China. There are only two species in China (of the 40 or so), and that book states that those two might well belong in different genera. Apart from the copyright considerations, that flora is therefore not an appropriate basis for a description of the whole genus. I've also removed the barely relevant material about Lauraceae on Gondwana that was mass-added to many pages by User:Sonia Murillo Perales and a large number of anonymous IP's that include IP:88.27.143.215, the address involved with this page.
