Are the loanwords really necessary?

If we are going to have loanwords on this page, you might as well put every single English swear word on there (and maybe a few choice Russian ones for our Finnmark cousins) since there are so many we use interchangeably. Why just those 3 in particular when there are many more? Where is shit? And bastard? Wouldn't it be more reasonable to just state we often use English (or other) swear words as well and leave it at that, without the disappointingly short list? Just asking!
