This article needs a lot of work to make it suitable for wikipedia. It appeared to be written like a review of a television programme (BBC's Coast in fact) with sentences like "Nicholas Crane takes you to" and "Alice Roberts looks at". I have removed most of these and also a lot of POV statements like "the people are the hardiest in the world" etc. To be honest it looks as if a lot of the text was probably cut and pasted from the advertising blurb for Coast which is a blatant breach of copyright.
