Paul Krugman (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55eFnHx7z4c) talks of a Northern Corridor developed to circumvent US tariffs on goods flowing between Canada and Mexico. Wikipedia has an article about it called Canadian Northern Corridor. That article should be mentioned in the current NC article for people looking for it. There is also a Northern Corridor developed to circumvent US tariffs on goods flowing between Canada and Mexico. Wikipedia has an article about it called Canadian Northern Corridor.
