Northall may date back to the 11th century when a knight named William de Northall was recorded to have settled in the uk. He was probably a knight of William the conquerer. As a knight he may have been given his own land. The name de Northalle eventually changed to Northalle and then Northall. This is just a theory and has very little research to back it up.However, if anybody has any more information, please feel free to fill us in.
