Removed entries

According to MOS:DABMENTION, an entry on a dab page must have a mention in the target article. I have removed the following entries because there is no indication in the article that the subject is known as "North Country" but record them here in case they're useful:

• The extreme northern regions of the continental United States, bordering Canada (especially the area from New York to the Great Lakes region)
• The North Country of Minnesota, the northern half of Minnesota, referenced in the 2005 film by that name
• In Cornwall, it is often used to refer to the north of the county
• North Country, a hamlet near Redruth, Cornwall
