Croat?

[edit]

Burgenland Croat? It's possible he may have some Croatian ancestry. But why the Hungarian surname? Darabos is a Hungarian name, not Croatian. Yes, there are many Croatians living in the Burgenland region of Austria. But this territory was once Hungarian (Örvidék). Not too far on the Hungarian side of the border in Vas county there is a village called Daraboshegy which was part of the Nádasdy estates. Why doesn't Norbert Darabos embrace his Hungarian roots as well? Curious. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gyula (talkcontribs) 19:17, 20 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
