I have seen this and i do not think the person who orginally wrote the summery fully understands what noiseman is about. I have watched the short multiple times and its story is so disjointed that i can hardly understand it, but from what i can glean it seem very likely the the person who orginally wrote the summery has very little if no understaing about the subject matter, but the i cant talk all that much.
