Noia is more than just a place, this article should be split up with a portal. Even though the place takes obvious presidence the other topics which come from "Noia" should also be noted, herein are forexample National Ocean Industries Association (http://www.Noia.org/) AND one of the most used KDE icon sets (which later branched out to other applications including but not limited to Mozilla firefox) (http://www.carlitus.net/).
At the very least these deserve a mention on this page.
