Tracklist template usage

[edit]

Hello Caro7200, I pinged the Teahouse per your recommendation, and this is the answer I got:

Hello! I don't actually understand this user's issue either. I would recommend reaching out to them on their talk page about it, as templates tend to look better and be more understandable. Feel free to cite popular albums which use the template like Red (Taylor Swift album) as this is the more standard way to list tracks. Good luck!

I'm trying to make this album's page look better, and be consistent with other album pages throughout WP. I'd appreciate if you would agree to revert my changes.

Mdeloia, please allow me to restate this: 3 track listing styles are acceptable. This is based on WP consensus built on discussion. If you would like to change the consensus, you may post to the appropriate project talk page and try to find support for your preference. Again, you aren't "updating" or making anything "look better"--many editors prefer the numbered list. I encourage you to make more important edits, as this perfectly fine style has been in place for years and years. I won't revert this, but we may be having this discussion again if you continue to think that this is necessary editing. Again, 3 styles are completely acceptable. Take care and happy editing.
