Nisin is an inhibitory polycyclic.

"Inhibitory polycyclic peptide" has no meaning unless inhibition is defined. Inhibition of what?

Is this Boiling Point Correct? 2,966 °C! Thats hotter than molten iron. I'm seeing the same data on a lot of websites but as an amino acid it should boil around 200-400°C  Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.225.80.81 (talk) 15:59, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Boiling point of nisin looks bogus.

The given boiling point looks more like the boiling point of gallium. It also seems to have too many significant digits. Nikevich 02:21, 19 December 2018 (UTC)
