um, just letting whoever looks over this, they do not practice Expired Air Resuscitation Surf life saving anymore, they changed it last year, so now nippers that are 13, when they go for their surf rescue certificate,t hey now learn CPR... just letting you know
Geographic specificity
[edit]Are nippers to be encountered more in one place than another? That is, is Nipperhood a worldwide phenomenon? If not, or if so, I think the article ought to reflect that.
