Page title and content
[edit]Based on the Chinese page (http://zh.wikipedia.org/九卿), this page should really be called the "Nine Ministries". These positions evolved during the Qin Dynasty and remained in existence certainly until the Ming Dynasty so they did not relate specifically to the Han Dynasty. Anyone agree that the page needs to be renamed and rewritten to reflect this? Philg88 (talk) 02:15, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
- No. The Nine Courts should be renamed to something that comes across less judicial in English but the ministries and ministers are separate topics, provided there's enough content to justify separate articles. — LlywelynII 23:08, 4 October 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Government_of_the_Han_dynasty#Nine_Ministers currently has more, better, and better formatted content than what we have here at what should theoretically be the main article on the ministers. Some to all of it should be ported here, with any necessary adjustments given that this article should have a larger historical scope. — LlywelynII 23:08, 4 October 2025 (UTC)
