The problem with anyone in Czech Republic or Slovakia or anywhere else using this given name for a girl is that it is technically wrong as has been seen in the UK, Germany (of rarely) Poland using it as either Nikola or more rarely Nicola for a girl both are still masculine names. If one wants their daughter to have a boys name fine but the name should never be misunderstood to be female or in female form.
